Appointment Setter - Outbound Sales

We are seeking a hungry and results-driven Appointment Setter - Outbound Caller.

The candidate must have a great attitude and PRIOR sales / call center experience (NO exceptions).

Must have a proven track record in making sales.

We receive dozens of leads daily through our paid ads. Your responsibility will be to call the leads back and turn them into booked appointments / sales.

English must be your first language. This role requires effective communication and sales skills to engage with clients, and build rapport, and schedule appointments / sales.

    • Call customer leads with urgency and in an organized manner.

    • Utilize sales techniques to book customers over the phone.

    • Engage in upselling techniques to enhance client satisfaction and increase revenue.

    • Managing outbound calls and follow up protocols, keeping track of each customer's status in the pipeline.

    • 2-3 years of experience in a call center sales role

    • Memorizing scripts and executing calls with enthusiasm

  • Base: $40,000 plus potential to make an additional $20,000-$25,000 in commissions.

    This is an in-house full time position based in a gorgeous Midtown Manhattan Luxury Spa.

Front Desk and Sales

ZZ Day Spa is seeking a reliable, proactive Front Desk & Sales Member to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-end, fast-paced environment and enjoys both customer interaction and operational support.

ZZ Day Spa has over 5000+ Five Star Reviews and awarded the #1 Spa in NYC by the International Spa and Beauty Awards.

ZZ Day Spa has 3 locations (Midtown East, Soho and Midtown South). As you will soon find out we have a very caring group of folks as part of our spa family with three ladies who have been with the spa for over 11 years each and 34 who have been with us spa from 4-9 years.

    • Manage front desk duties: greet clients, check-in/out, schedule follow-ups

    • Call and follow up with leads to book appointments and convert inquiries

    • Provide administrative support including handling payments, inventory tracking, and appointment confirmations

    • Assist practitioners before/during treatments as needed (e.g., prepping rooms, restocking supplies)

    • Maintain a polished, professional, and welcoming spa environment

    • Strong communication and sales skills

    • Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

    • Previous experience in a med spa or luxury service setting preferred

    • Comfortable with tech tools and booking systems

    • Must be available for evenings and weekends

Aesthetics Nurse Practitioner

ZZ MED SPA is in search of an experienced, talented and passionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team at our centrally located Midtown Manhattan location.

Under the ZZ brand, we currently also have three day spas (ZZ Day Spa and ZZ 2 Spa) in Midtown / Soho with over 6000 Five Star Reviews and were awarded the #1 Spa in NYC by the International Spa and Beauty Awards!

As you will soon find out we have a very caring group of folks as part of our spa family with three ladies who have been with the spa for over 11 years each and 34 who have been with us spa from 4-9 years.

We are proud to have been able to provide financial and employment stability to our staff for many years.

    • Administer injectables such as Botox, Dysport, Dermal Fillers, and Biostimulants

    • Provide skin rejuvenation treatments such as Laser Resurfacing and Microneedling

    • Maintain a safe, secure, and clean environment for our patients

    • Review and maintain each patient's records both pre and post-treatment

    • Provide exceptional customer experience

    • Always be learning – We take great pride in our approach to aesthetics which is why we offer an extensive training program. The entire team works together to ensure that our program is at the top of the industry.

    • Current state licensure as an NP or PA in New York.

    • Minimum 3-years aesthetics experience.

    • Excellent customer support, communication, & integrity.

    • Ability to build rapport with customers and follow through on aftercare.

    • Desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
