Purchase Terms
The ZZ Med Spa Purchase Terms govern the terms of sale for any products, packages, treatments, or services purchased from ZZ Med Spa. By purchasing from ZZ Med Spa, you agree to these Purchase Terms and any additional policies applicable to your purchase.
Services and Products
ZZ Med Spa reserves the right to refuse service, limit purchases, or cancel orders at our discretion. If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, we will issue the appropriate refund or credit based on the original payment method and applicable policy.
Prices and Payment
Prices for treatments, services, packages, and products are subject to change without notice. Payment is due before services are rendered unless otherwise stated.
All treatments offered at ZZ Med Spa are voluntary, elective cosmetic procedures and are not covered by public or private insurance. Clients are responsible for all fees, charges, and applicable taxes related to their purchase.
Appointments and Cancellations
We kindly ask that clients provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of prepaid services or applicable cancellation fees.
Treatment Policy
Clients agree to follow all pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions provided by ZZ Med Spa. Additional services or follow-up treatments may be recommended depending on individual needs, results, or complications, and may require additional payment.
Returns and Refunds
All treatment, service, package, and promotional sales are final. Unused treatments may not be transferred to another client. Any refunds, credits, or exceptions are provided at the sole discretion of ZZ Med Spa.
Product Purchases
Skincare or retail product purchases may be subject to separate return policies. Products that have been opened, used, or damaged may not be eligible for return.
